depends on the neighborhood... if its not upscale you pretty much do
whatever you want when you are the landlord... especially if its dealing
with the lower class... kind of funny but i know from experience

Eric, thats also something I would like to know. Would it be illegal
to have rooming houses for 8 or 9 people in Upscale neighborhoods like
West University or City of Bellaire??

I would suggest that you contact a realtor in that part of town. If
its legal, Im sure that they would like to help make a sale.

P.S. Im not a stickler on whether you top-post or bottom-post, but
it can get very confusing when somebody switches directions in the
middle of a thread.
