Just noticed that Ken and JAck were listed in the RIPOFF REPORT.

Has anyone had good or bad experience with them?

Having taken Jack Sternberg at his word that his course is everything
they say it is I must tell you that after over a year of actively
doing it I have closed enough deals to have more than made my money
back and then some. Most of all I have learned a very safe and legal
system that works with the real estate community and is very accepted.

I am as pleased as pleased could be and would take that report as
sour grapes by someone that was not willing to work the program (or
maybe never even took it).

It is everything (and then some) that was promised. It is hard,
honest and fulfilling work but is well worth it.

The entire system is so well thought out that it is scary. My
attorney and title company said the it covers all the bases and is a
very safe real estate system. We have had no issues at all and have
totally given up our creative real estate business to concentrate
further on this as there is no risk at all.

Jack is a really good guy that has been throughthe school of hard
knocks but has always been there for us and has always come up with
very creative ideas that have helped us to be successful.
