The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority hiked the minimum
rates for all categories of land. Residential allotment rates have
been raised from 5,900 Rs/ sq mts to 10,500 Rs/ sq mts. The group
housing land rates have been hiked from 5,900 Rs/ sq mts to 10,000 Rs/
sq mts. The minimum rates of industrial land will be 3,000 Rs/ sq mts,
up from 1,400 Rs/ sq mts. The average rise in the Greater Noida land
