I have a home in Saint Joseph, Missouri that is in foreclosure,
without a sale date, as the lender is working with me. I am looking
for an investor that wants to do a short sale. The said property has
the potential to be very lucrative. The details of my home are:

My home has 3 bedrooms, new siding, roof & furnace along with new duct
work, all set up for central air. My home also comes with 2 lots. The
front room is enormous & the kitchen has a large amount of wood
cabinets that has been stripped to the natural finish, slightly burnt,
in a unique way, & are absolutely beautiful. There is also an island
in the center of the kitchen, separating the cooking area from the
dining area.
There are some cosmetic repairs that the house needs & the front porch
is in the middle of being rebuilt.
Please let me know if anyone is interested or if you have any advise
on how I go about this.
