I am in Las Vegas, but we do pay additional fees if we want to give
clients the ability to search the MLS themselves. IDX is more
expensive the our upgraded MLXExchange system so that I what I opted
for and just have clients lilnk outside of my webstie into MLS.
Does not answer your question but gives you an idea of how things work
elsewhere.
